Day of Coordination Giveaway!

Yes, you read that right! Christina and I are going to give away our services to one lucky couple! There are a few "rules", but there are no strings attached. Of course we would love a rave review when it's over, but otherwise, we just want to offer this to a deserving couple!

Rules
1. The wedding must be taking place within the next 6 months (on a day we are not previously booked)
2. The venue must be booked already (Thus letting us know that this is a "real" wedding that is actually going to happen!)
3. The "Pear Package" is what you will be receiving.

To Enter Giveaway:
1. Become a follower of our blog! You won't win unless you are following!
2. Post a comment on this post about your wedding. Date and place, and also why you think you should win.
3. Winner will be chosen by random drawing on Monday, September 14, and the winner will be notified via email. We will post the winner on the blog after we have contacted them.

Please let us know if you have any questions! We are always available via email at weddingswithreese@yahoo.com or by phone at 615-364-6334

7-25-09 Christa and Michael

This wedding was very close to my heart, as Christa is my best friend! So not only was I her wedding planner (of course), I was also her matron of honor. And it was an honor, for sure. Christa is a very chic city girl, and this wedding needed to reflect that. Everything we did was to reflect the true Nashville feel. From the local musician we tracked down to play acoustic guitar for the ceremony, to the constant amazing views of the skyline, I think we hit it right on.

The ceremony on the Shelby Street Walking Bridge was the perfect setting, with the perfect weather, for the vows. As a venue you can use for your entire wedding if you so desire, I think this is sort of a hidden gem. The Titans Stadium Club provided an amazing view of the city, and the perfect place for Christa and Michaels' 200+ guests.

The most beautiful bride!

Who is this guy!?? It was funny though!
That's what happens when you get married on the same day as Beer Fest!
The light was perfect and Chris and Adrienne captured it perfectly.

Gorgeous!

Yum!!! Thanks Mignon!!!

Oh so sweet!

I cannot say enough to all of the vendors. Everything was flawless, and though I was in the wedding, and felt like I needed to "work", I didn't even have to!! Thank you all!

Obviously all of our vendors were AMAZING! I wouldn't have picked them if they weren't!

TIffany and Justin 10.04.08

Well this post has been a long time coming! I am using the first part of the year to get caught up on old weddings and posting about them!

First off, had to post the picture of the Manolos! Hello Sex In the City!

This wedding was on probably the most gorgeous day in October! It was perfect! The ceremony took place at the Historic First Presbyterian Church in downtown Franklin. It has the most amazing stained glass windows! Don't get too envious though, they only allow members to be married there :(

The reception took place at Oaklawn in Spring Hill. This Civil War era home is a hidden treasure! Contact us if you would like more info on this venue. The home served as a perfect backdrop to Tiffany's dream reception!

The AMAZING Angela Disrud was the photographer that we booked for this wedding. I couldn't have been more impressed with anyone. She was by far my favorite vendor for the day! I always love photogs, but she was exceptional.

The beautiful peacock cake was provided by The Sweetest Day, one of my favorite Nashville cake designers. Stephanie's cakes are always gorgeous and delicious to match.

Catering was provided by Puckett's Grocery in downtown Franklin. They put on an amazing spread of good Southern food, and at a very reasonable price!

Enjoy the amazing photos and please contact us for any further info!

Neeley and John- 11/15/08- "Non-professional pics"!

When Neeley contacted us to coordinate her large wedding, we were impressed with this bride's organization and attention to detail. Her guest list of over 600 people didn't scare us at all! With over 500 attending, this was definitely the biggest wedding we have worked with thus far.
Sonrise Photography was amazing to work with. They set up a slide show of some of the images in the lobby at the reception, and they were amazing. Can't wait to get some"real" pics soon! After the candlelight service, The Graymere Country Club was the site of this larger than life wedding reception. We utilized every available space at the club to accommodate all the people. The entire dining room, bar, outdoor porch, a huge tent, and a smaller lounge tent were used. The color scheme of teal and brown was beautiful, as you can see in some of the pictures.

The cakes, by the Bake Shoppe were amazing as always! Neeley's 6 layer cake was incredible and breathtaking for sure. It almost reached the ceiling! The flowers were designed by a friend of the family, and turned out amazing.
Best wishes to Neeley and John! I loved working with you guys, and your families are amazing! (Especially you Woody, without you, those lanterns just may not have been!)
More pictures to come!
